At Jaws Buckets & Attachment ( JBA ), we pride ourselves on the quality of the products we manufacture and the strong relationships we have forged over the years. These long term relationships would not be possible without a strong focus on product warranties and interaction from product users. We are one of only a few manufacturers in Australia which employ a dedicated product support manager.

The person commanding this role at JBA is Gary Coleman, who has been with the company for 13 years. It is Gary 's responsibility to field calls and follow up on product development as well as customer warranties. Gary also carries out the commissioning of special equipment, development of new products in the field, customer relations and investigation of warranty claims. We take our business very seriously and are always open to new ideas and product feedback from our clientele.

Gary 's experience and reputation as a tradesman boilermaker has been of great value to both JBA and our customers. Over the years, Gary has built a strong association with JBA approved repairers in each state to facilitate quick and efficient refurbishment and repair to JBA products. Gary has expert knowledge of the procedures adopted by JBA in the initial stage of manufacture as well as repair of our products.

The role of the Product Support Manager often includes being in a car or on a plane at a moments notice to commission a new attachment, discuss a new idea with a customer or investigate a problem. In the end, this means better service to you. This service is supplied by JBA with no cost to the customer as proof of our continuous efforts for a quality attachment to compliment your fleet. The longevity of equipment life you experience will prove you have made the right decision when purchasing tools for your capital equipment.
