Tyre Handlers

Jaws Tyremasters are simple to operate, versatile and available either

• Directly mounted and dedicated to a specific wheel loader provided with 300mm side shift capability
• Mounted to a Wheel Loader Quick Coupler enabling interchangeability with other attachments and also provided with 300mm side shift capability
• Directly mounted and dedicated to a specific Forktruck

Additionally two models and three configurations are available to load any off-highway tyre and rim combination.

Sliding Arm type: least capital outlay but suited to lower frequency usage. Two classes of this configuration Tyrehandler are provided with 60° frame rotation and 120° tyre tilt. Suitable for up to 57" tyre and rim combinations.

Parallel Arm type: robust but simple design enables high frequency utilisation and low maintenance requirement. Tyrehandlers of this configuration are available in three operating modes and can be used for up to 63" tyre and rim combinations:

• 60° frame rotation and 120° tyre tilt - suitable for most tyre manipulation operations
• 360° frame rotation and 120° tyre tilt - provides higher manoeuvrability and position adjustment during alignment
• 360° frame rotation and 360° tyre tilt - provides greatest manoeuvrability during alignment or when stockpiling for correct tyre valve orientation
