 For our customers, we will continue our focus on design innovation. Several new products complete successful trials in Australia and South America that will maximize efficiencies and optimise performance. 

Our new product range offers true value, such as our range of low-loaders from 115t - 430t capacity. Another exciting product is our new quick-hitch mechanism and our "anti-hangup" innovation for mining buckets.

Our approach in the future will be to develop even closer relationships and partnership with our customers than we do today. Each time we engage a customer we can design or adapt products to improve current processes and make significant cost savings.
